The results, presented during the National Mining Congress organized by the Colombian Mining Association (ACM), reflect the organization's rise in key categories. In the evaluation conducted by sector executives, Mineros S.A. climbed to third place for its management and good practices. Likewise, in the industry workers category, the company moved from eighth to third place, reaffirming its commitment to employee wellbeing and organizational culture.

The study, conducted by Jaime Arteaga & Asociados and the Centro Nacional de Consultoría, also reveals a positive outlook toward the industry: 70% of Colombians recognize the country's mining tradition, 71% acknowledge the need for its products in daily life, and 86% support its harmonious coexistence with activities such as tourism and agriculture.
The research also showed an increase in institutional trust for 2026, as 53% of government authorities endorse companies' environmental commitment (five percentage points more than in 2025), and nearly seven in ten regulatory and oversight officials recognize companies' respect for human rights.
