Santiago Cardona has been the Vice President in charge of the Company's mining operations in Colombia, since 2018. He has been with Mineros since 2004, and previously served as Vice President, Supply Chain and Projects and a Project Director.
Santiago holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and a Project Management Specialist designation from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia.


Inivaldo is a Civil Mining Engineer with over 30 years of experience in both open-pit and underground mining operations across South America. He has led technical and operational teams in mine planning, technical services, and operations management. He previously served as Vice President of Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining and as Vice President of Technical Services at Aris Mining Colombia. His experience is complemented by additional studies in Project Evaluation, Talent Development, and Mining Business Management.


Ms. Vallejo is a mining engineer with extensive experience in mineral economics, resource estimation, mine planning and the application of optimization technologies. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), and holds degrees from McGill University and the National University of Colombia.
She has held senior roles at Vista Gold, Mining Plus, Barrick Gold, Waterton Global and AngloGold Ashanti, contributing to the advancement and evaluation of more than 100 mining assets across different stages and jurisdictions.


She joined Mineros S.A. in October 2020, where she currently serves as Corporate Legal Director, leading the legal and corporate governance strategy. She has experience in corporate secretarial services, structuring mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and international financing, as well as in regulatory compliance and managing complex corporate affairs across multiple jurisdictions.
She holds a Law degree from Universidad EAFIT, a specialization in Business Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and a diploma in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia University.


Ann Wilkinson is a seasoned investor relations executive who has worked with both base and precious metals producers and developers including Gold Resource Corporation, TMAC Resources, GoldQuest Mining, Orvana Minerals and Breakwater Resources, amongst others.
She has been responsible for the development and execution of investor relations strategy; representing public companies in their respective relationships with the investment community and acting as a public spokesperson. She has led crisis communications around fires in production hoists, floods, cracked semi-autogenous grinding mills, strikes, layoffs, and challenges with newly commissioned tailings impoundment facilities.
Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from Western University in London, Ontario, Canada and a Business Foundations Specialization from The Wharton School.


Ms. Castillo is a Latin American executive known for her ability to align business development with sustainability, corporate reputation and long-term value generation for a wide range of stakeholders. Her contributions to the sector have been recognized internationally, including her selection to the global “100 Inspirational Women in Mining 2022” list by Women in Mining UK.


She is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and has an MBA from the Universidad EAFIT. She has over 18 years of experience in strategic leadership in human resources management, focusing on companies in the mining, agribusiness, and service sectors.
She has led organizational transformation processes, collective bargaining, aligning talent with strategic objectives, cultural strengthening, and developing high-impact organizational models. She has held key positions at Comfenalco Antioquia, Grupo BIOS, Sanimax, and Sun Valley Investments, serving as Human Resources Manager.
Since July 2025, she has been the Vice President of Talent at Mineros S.A. and a member of the company's strategic committee.


Carlos is a geological engineer with extensive experience in exploration, resource expansion, and technical analysis. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM). He has played a key role in significant discoveries and resource growth in multiple projects.
